Privacy at a glance
- GS Consulting operates TDNA Jobs. This site does not host an applicant account, resume upload, or application form.
- Apply and role-fit links take you to GS Consulting’s separate recruiting website.
- Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you allow it. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to jobs or applications.
- We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we are and what this covers
GS Consulting (“GS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates tdnajobs.com (“TDNA Jobs” or the “site”). We are responsible for the purposes and handling of information within the scope of this notice. Contact us at info@gsconsultingllc.com.
This policy covers visits to TDNA Jobs and privacy or general inquiries you send us about the site. It also explains what happens when you follow a recruiting link. Information you submit on gsconsultingllc.com, including career-interest forms and subsequent recruiting communications, is covered by the GS Consulting Privacy Policy and any notice provided when that information is collected.
This notice does not replace applicable employment, client, security, or data-processing agreements. Visiting this site does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional analytics or marketing.
Information we receive
- Website requests and technical information
- Your browser sends information needed to request and display pages, such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information, and sometimes a referring website address. Hosting and security providers may process this information to deliver pages, diagnose errors, and detect abuse. IP addresses may indicate an approximate location; we do not request precise device location.
- Information you choose to send
- If you email us, we receive your email address, any name or signature you include, message content, attachments you choose to send, and associated communication details. You control what you provide. Please send only information needed to address your inquiry.
- Privacy preferences and requests
- If you save a privacy choice, a record of the choice, policy version, and expiry is stored in your browser. If you make a privacy request, we may retain the request, correspondence, verification information, and our response to administer it and demonstrate compliance.
- Optional analytics
- When enabled and allowed by you, Google Analytics can process a browser identifier, page visits, visit timing and engagement, device and browser characteristics, and approximate geographic information. The analytics section explains its limits and controls.
- Recruiting link information
- Our application links include the selected role and inquiry type, such as “TDNA Level 1” and “apply.” Clicking a link sends these values to GS’s recruiting site. We do not put your name, email address, resume, or clearance information into these links.
TDNA Jobs does not ask you to provide payment information, government identifiers, health information, biometric information, or detailed clearance records. If you choose to send personal information about someone else, make sure you are authorized to do so.
How we use information
- Deliver and maintain the site: serve pages, troubleshoot failures, and keep content and navigation working.
- Protect the site and its visitors: identify abusive requests, investigate security issues, and prevent misuse.
- Respond to you: answer questions, address accessibility issues, and direct recruiting inquiries to the appropriate GS process.
- Understand usefulness, with your permission: use optional analytics to understand which pages visitors read and improve career information.
- Handle privacy requests and legal responsibilities: verify and respond to requests, maintain necessary records, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use site browsing to make hiring decisions. We do not use a click on “Apply” as proof that an application was submitted or completed.
Applications and recruiting
You can read job descriptions and guides without supplying applicant details. Clicking “Apply” or “Ask about fit” takes you to gsconsultingllc.com. It does not submit an application by itself.
The GS career-interest process may ask for your name, email, role of interest, general clearance-status category, location, professional profile link, and a message. Further recruiting steps may involve resumes, work and education history, qualifications, compensation expectations, interview communications, or other job-related information. The information actually requested and any additional notice appear in that process.
GS’s separate recruiting notice explains use for current and future opportunities, relevant service providers, and disclosures that may be necessary for customer or security review. Opening a job page here does not send an applicant file to a customer, prime contractor, or government agency.
If you want to stop future opportunity matching, correct applicant information, or request deletion of recruiting records, email info@gsconsultingllc.com. Explain that your request concerns recruiting information so we can direct it to the appropriate records. Required employment, contractual, or legal retention obligations may limit deletion.
Who receives information
We disclose information only for the purposes described in this notice, subject to applicable requirements. Recipients can include:
- Authorized GS personnel: people who need the information to operate the site, answer your inquiry, or handle your request.
- Service providers: hosting, content delivery, email, IT, security, and—if you allow it—analytics providers that support these functions.
- Professional advisers: legal, accounting, insurance, or other advisers where relevant to an issue or obligation.
- Authorities and other parties: when required by law or valid legal process, or where lawfully necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or safety, or resolve a dispute.
- Business transaction parties: where relevant to a reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of operations, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
- Recipients you request: when you direct or authorize a disclosure.
Firebase Hosting: Google Firebase Hosting is the hosting service selected for TDNA Jobs. When it delivers the public site, Google processes request information, including IP addresses, to operate the service and detect abuse. Hosting is separate from optional Google Analytics: declining analytics does not prevent the network processing required to deliver a page. See Firebase’s privacy and security information.
We do not sell personal information, exchange it for other valuable consideration as a data sale, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use remarketing pixels on TDNA Jobs.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Current status: Google Analytics is available as an optional feature. It remains off unless you choose “Allow analytics.”
When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to our career content. Our consent controls block the Google tag entirely before permission and after rejection; they do not send analytics measurement requests without consent. You can use the website and follow application links without allowing analytics.
With permission, Google receives technical information through its analytics service. Google states that GA4 uses IP addresses during collection but does not log or store them in Analytics. That statement does not describe Firebase Hosting logs. See Google Analytics data safeguards and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Our site-level analytics setup disables advertising personalization and Google signals. We do not configure advertising audiences, user-provided data collection, or a recruiting identity in analytics. Our page-view measurement uses the page’s canonical address, without query strings or fragments, and does not pass the referring page address. Do not enter personal information into URLs.
Fonts are served with the site. TDNA Jobs does not embed social-media feeds, session-replay tools, or application forms.
- Privacy preference: tdna-privacy-choice
- Browser local storage remembers an allow/reject choice, policy version, and expiry. We honor the choice for up to 180 days. It is used to respect your choice, not to identify you for advertising. It is read only on this site. An expired record is removed on your next visit; it can otherwise remain in browser storage until you or your browser clear it.
- Analytics cookies: _ga and _ga_…
- When analytics is enabled and allowed, these first-party cookies help distinguish browsers and visits. Our tag requests a maximum lifetime of 180 days and disables automatic lifetime renewal. Browsers may impose a shorter lifetime. Rejecting analytics removes accessible Google Analytics cookies set for this site.
Your privacy choices
Analytics requires your permission. Enable JavaScript to manage the choice; analytics stays off without JavaScript.
Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change or withdraw a choice at any time. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google. Contact us about deletion requests. A saved choice applies to this browser and site, not every device or GS website.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC) or a Do Not Track (DNT) signal, our controls keep optional analytics off, including when an earlier allow choice was saved. We do not engage in the sale or advertising sharing these signals can address. Turning off the signal will not remove any separately saved rejection.
You may also clear site storage or use browser cookie controls. Clearing the saved choice returns analytics to off until you choose again. Emailing us opens your email service; we receive a message only if you send it. To stop optional marketing or future recruiting outreach, use the message’s unsubscribe option where available or contact us. We may still send necessary responses or legal and security notices.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the information and why it is needed. We do not describe all personal information as subject to one deletion deadline.
- Hosting information: Google’s Firebase documentation states that Hosting retains IP data for a few months. Provider-controlled retention is separate from any customer-configured logging or export. Any additional GS logs are kept only as reasonably needed for operations, security, and legal obligations.
- Privacy choices: honored for up to 180 days. The browser record is removed on the next visit after expiry, or earlier if cleared or replaced.
- Analytics: The declared GA4 user-level and event-level retention setting is 14 months. This setting does not apply to standard aggregated reports; Google’s deletion and backup processes also apply.
- Correspondence: retained as reasonably necessary to resolve the inquiry, maintain the relevant relationship, and address recordkeeping or legal obligations.
- Privacy requests: retained as reasonably necessary to document handling, prevent misuse, and meet applicable compliance requirements.
- Applicant records: handled under GS’s recruiting privacy notice and relevant employment or contractual requirements. Requesting removal from future consideration does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every legally required record.
We consider the purpose, sensitivity, ongoing need, applicable limitation periods, recordkeeping requirements, and any legal hold. Information may remain in restricted backups until the applicable backup cycle completes. Where required or appropriate, information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed. Ask us about the retention applicable to a particular record.
Privacy rights and requests
Depending on where you live, the information involved, and whether a law applies to GS, you may have rights to:
- Know whether we process your information and obtain access to it.
- Receive a copy, including a portable copy where applicable.
- Correct inaccurate information or request deletion.
- Withdraw consent, object to processing, or request a restriction where applicable.
- Opt out of a sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, where applicable.
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive information where applicable.
- Appeal a denied request or complain to the relevant regulator.
How to make a request
Email info@gsconsultingllc.com with “TDNA Jobs privacy request” in the subject. Tell us what you want us to do, the email address you used to contact GS if relevant, and enough context to locate the information. You may state your region so we can assess applicable rights. Do not send identity documents, Social Security numbers, or sensitive clearance details in the initial email.
We may need to verify your identity and authority using information proportionate to the request and risk. An authorized agent may contact us; we may request proof of authorization or direct confirmation where permitted. We will not require you to create an account to submit a request.
We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or refusal. Rights are subject to exceptions, including legal recordkeeping, security, protection of others’ information, and establishing or defending legal claims. We do not charge for ordinary requests; any fee or refusal for excessive requests will be limited to what applicable law permits.
We will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising privacy rights. If you disagree with a response, reply to it or email us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject, explaining what you want reconsidered. Where an appeal right applies, we will provide the required response and information about further complaint options. You can also contact the regulator responsible for privacy in your jurisdiction.
Additional regional information
California and other U.S. states
Where applicable, the categories described above include identifiers, internet or network activity, correspondence, and privacy preferences. Sources are you, your browser, and providers acting in connection with the site. Purposes, recipient categories, and retention criteria are described in the corresponding sections. Applicant and professional information supplied through GS’s recruiting process is addressed by its separate notice.
For California residents, applicable rights can include knowing categories and specific pieces of information, deletion, correction, opting out of sale or advertising sharing, limiting certain sensitive-information uses, and freedom from unlawful discrimination. California protections may cover applicant information when the law applies. GS does not sell or share information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and this site does not use sensitive personal information to infer personal characteristics.
Maryland and other state privacy laws have different coverage requirements and exceptions. For example, Maryland’s consumer privacy law generally excludes information processed in an employment context. That does not prevent you from contacting GS about your records or using rights that apply under another law. We evaluate requests based on the relevant law and context.
EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If the laws of your location apply to our processing, we rely on consent for optional analytics, legitimate interests for necessary website operations, security, and ordinary correspondence, steps you request before a contract where relevant, or compliance with legal obligations. Applicable rights may also include objection, restriction, data portability, and withdrawal of consent without affecting processing already lawfully performed. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
International processing
GS is based in the United States and the site focuses on U.S. career opportunities. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. Firebase Hosting uses global infrastructure. Those countries may have privacy laws different from yours.
Where a cross-border transfer requires safeguards, we use the applicable lawful transfer mechanism and provider terms. Google describes its transfer safeguards in its privacy and service documentation. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information. Your visit alone is not treated as consent to waive applicable transfer protections.
Security and sensitive information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and risks. Access to information should be limited to authorized people and providers with a relevant purpose. No website, email, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Do not send classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Federal Contract Information (FCI), export-controlled technical data, sensitive mission or customer details, credentials, Social Security numbers, financial account data, or other restricted information through this site or general email. A general clearance-status category is different from detailed access or investigation records. If sensitive information is needed later, first confirm the approved process and channel with GS.
If you believe information was sent in error or there is a privacy or security concern, contact us promptly with a general description. Do not repeat the sensitive information in your report.
AI and automated decisions
TDNA Jobs does not run an automated applicant assessment, interview tool, or hiring-decision system. Its salary and requirements guides are informational and do not determine your eligibility.
GS’s broader privacy notice describes possible AI assistance in organizing, searching, summarizing, or reviewing recruiting materials. Any such processing occurs within the separate recruiting process. Review that notice and ask GS about the tools, human review, or applicable choices for your application. Allowing site analytics does not authorize the processing of applicant materials by an AI service.
Children’s privacy
This professional career resource is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact us so we can review and address the information as required. Please do not send a child’s sensitive information when making that inquiry.
Other websites
Links to GS recruiting, provider privacy information, and other external resources open separate websites. Those sites can have different features, storage, and privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. We do not control independent providers’ websites, and a link is not a promise about their practices.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its revision date when our practices change. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain a new choice where required. If a new use requires consent, merely continuing to browse will not substitute for that consent. A change to this policy’s preference version causes our controls to ask again before optional analytics runs.
